We stopped by the new Verizon store in Danbury today. Dave promptly greeted us and shook our hands. My husbands phone wasn't working properly and my son's phone was just replaced, but it needed to be set up correctly. Dave was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. His level of customer service was like no other I have had at any other location. This will be my number one store from now on... and I will recommend Dave!! Please pass along our appreciation for all of his help. He is definitely an asset to your company!!! Thank you!!
I had a wonderful experience at this store with the manager Damiano. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and although he was an android user he encouraged me in my iPhone choice. He was knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring me to upgrade. He also was upfront about the costs and charges and didn’t sneak in any hidden fees or upgrades that I have heard phone people can do. I would recommend going to this store for an upgrade/phone issues. I also trusted them with my personal information. My roommate had her information stolen at a different Verizon by an employee. So if that’s something you worry about, this store is one I trust.

Worked with David on getting a phone and getting a new phone for one that was broken. It was a very smooth experience and helped with explaining pricing and everything that needed to be done. He took the time to understand our unique situation and find a plan that worked for us taking into account our price concern.
