Had a great experience switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. T-Mobile in the mall was great but great customer service and great attitude from Jonathan who helped us in our process. Great job Jonathan.
Was awful I went in to buy a case without my parents stopped to look at something and got kicked out and denied because I'm a child unacceptable
Excellent customer service. Everyone is much more helpful and knowledgeable than when I had Verizon. They are never pushy or try to sell you stuff too!
I’m on a family plan with 3 other lines, which I apparently needed to be a new phone. At the time, there a promo going on which if you buy an iPhone 8, you will get another iPhone 8 for free but you will be charged for another line. The guy John, who was helping us only told us that. He didn’t tell us anything else, which I found out from a different location(Stamford, CT). John didn’t even have us sign any paperwork so we could get our gift card for the phone, and if we hadn’t gone to the Stamford TMobile location, I wouldn’t have gotten that. This was poor customer service, who lies to their customers. I’ve been with TMobile for 13 years, and for someone to lie to me with horrible communication and false information just brought this company down. I hope customers reading this will ask as much questions, and read everything in paperwork because there are so many schemers.
