What a horrible store. Went in to make a simple purchase and told I have to wait 25 minutes and could not leave the store. Low tech for a high tech company. Skip this place at all costs!
Have to speak and wait to see a certain person. So I can go to target or Best Buy and just pick one up and here I have to wait to speak to someone.

We mad a genius bar appointment for my kids iPod touches. We had Wilson help us. My 5 year old son asked him 1000 questions. Wilson was patient as can be, really friendly to my son driving him crazy. And he also got our problems fixed. Apple is lucky to have someone like him.

Many reviews here are missing the point of this location completely. This location is one of the only apple stores within driving distance for many people and it is a for profit sales driven store. You wait for assistance because the salesmen need... sales. If you want a discount and you know it's cheaper somewhere else, don't go here. It seems hard to get a deal after seeing the other reviews. I myself got a discount from one of the nicer employees, along with two other nice experiences. Great for small repairs, but like any other car shop or contractor, the repair you came in for isn't the only problem and you must pay more. Also, all their prices are listed online so anyone too uninterested in doing a price comparison before shopping should avoid this store.

Went in because my son's phone stopped working 1 month after Apple care expired. Apple tech ran a diagnistic and lost his photos and contacts, etc. They also told him the phone would no longer work and suggested that he buy a new phone. We left. My husband took it to a phone repair store in Ridgefield and they fixed the charge port for $50. Please make sure to consider other options before spending $500 to $800 on another phone. It seems like on the 2 year anniversary of purchase these phones magically break. This is the 3rd Apple phone that we've had in which this has happened. Still, we continue to trust the company and their representatives who are trained to make the company more money instead of really trying to help the customer. An Apple customer loves these products and will more than likely be a customer for life if treated well and with honesty. Where has your ethic gone Apple?
