Knowledgeable employee helped us with picking out a new phone. They didn't have a large variety to choose from: it's pretty much which Samsung or Apple phone do you want.
This AT&T store helped me with a problem that I have been having with my phone for about two months, in about 15 minutes. I got my phone from the AT&T store on sugar hollow and I went back for help they didn't help me at all they told me to contact the maker of the phone. I am very satisfied with my visit to this store, the sales man that helped me, Eric S. was very kind, understanding, and he knew exactly what to do to help. He helped me get my problem solved in no time.
I was lied to multiple times. Promised free only to be charged for it. Refused to take item back. Phone calls never returned. Still fighting with ATT over the damage they did. Dishonest - go to a different store, or better yet, a different carrier. This whole ordeal began in July and took til October to resolve.
