I’ve been washing all day.
I needed a new dryer ( mine completely stopped) and washer ( which was leaking). I did my homework looking for a new washer/dryer set. I found a Maytag set online at PC Richard. I called the store to inquire about delivery charges and installation. The sales professional I spoke to was Alex. Alex was so very helpful. He explained all the costs and warranty information.
We had to buy a new gas oven and Toni from the Danbury store was the best. We used her to purchase a dishwasher and went back to get the oven because the service was so amazing. It seems like a salesperson at a big box store could care less but Toni REALLY CARES about finding the right appliance at the right price. Highly recommend!!!
Lloyd walked right up to me as I was looking through different television models and he was quick to ask me how he could be of service. After I told him my specific needs and wants in the product (Television) I was searching for he identified some characteristics in a Television that I would want in addition to what I had told him. Lloyd was very helpful in informing me on brands and actually models that would be of interest to me.

Barker (Sales Associate), helped tremendously with the kitchen appliances needed to finish remodeling my kitchen, his professionalism was impeccable and I will be back soon to see him specifically about any other appliances I may need for the rest of my house. Salesperson Toni in the Danbury store provided such personal service...she really cared about finding us the best dishwasher at the best price! We just moved into our new home and discovered the dishwasher left by old owners didn't work, and we had a new dishwasher in only 2 days! You don't often find service like this at big box stores. I am impressed and will definitely shop at PC Richards for future appliance needs!

We received the set today. The delivery/ installation people did a great job. Very efficient taking our old machines away and hooking up the new ones.
Alex was able to secure delivery for our new set the next day.
