Waited for 10 minutes just so the employees could begin helping the other customers that came afterwards. Bad customer service. Will not return again.

Been a customer at this location for years now, even when they were on the first floor of the mall. My ONLY complaint at the time was it was always too hot in the store. It always felt like they had the thermostat set at 85. Other than that I've never had an issue. Customer service has always been excellent. I make multiple purchases throughout the year and never have an issue. The staff is always very attentive, pleasant, and well mannered.
I can honestly say this pandora is a bunch of morons. Not only did I wait 45 plus minutes to make an exchange - the employees do not even know what they are selling - i was old at this location that pandora does not make half sizes therefore I purchased a size up, when online and at any other location 7.5 ring sizes do exist!! I was then told that I could get the rings shipped to the store - which after waiting in that line I declined the offer because I wasn't going to waste my time there - asked them for a refund and the guy looked at me like I was speaking another language. I can say I will no longer be a customer at this location because of the distasteful service I received.
