He was highly recommended to me by people I work with so when the time came I decided to "just look". He wasn't pushy with me at all and didn't use "salesman tactics" and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted and purchased it that day. The diamond was gorgeous and the Tacori setting was worth every penny.

Up until today I have been a regular satisfied customer at Hanoush Jewelers in Danbury. We were mailed some coupons and stopped in today to take advantage of a Buy Two get One Free deal on Alex and Ani. We were quickly greeted by a sales person whom we asked about the coupon deal. She pointed us to a 40% off table where we spent a half hour picking out three bracelets. A different sales person asked if we were ready; I said yes and presented the coupon. "I'm sorry, the coupon is not valid on the 40% off table" OK, the coupon says it can't be combined, so no foul other than being pointed there in the first place. We began looking at the full price items when she informed us that the free item could only be selected from the 40% off table. What - the coupon says "Buy Any Two and get One of equal or lesser value free". No mention that the free item is close outs only. In my book, this is the classic bait and switch. I voiced my displeasure and was met by "you can pay full price on the 40% off table and take one free instead". So now the deal is, at best a 33% discount. Bait and switch #2. Disgruntled, but not wanting to upset my wife who had now made a second selection I agreed to that stupid offer and asked to check out. After numerous attempts to ring us out I was finally told an amount and went to put my credit card in the machine. "I'm sorry, that's wrong". The price now doubled from what she said previously. Bait and switch #3. Under duress, I finished the transaction, but vowed to never darken their door again. The owner was at the counter while the transaction was being made and offered no apologies for the misunderstandings - only 'please excuse her, she''s just holiday help'. Their tag line "A family business you can trust" is BS. Pay close attention to offers and amounts if you shop here.

I am beyond happy and my fiancé absolutely loved it as well!

Excellent service, professional repairs and what appears to be an excellent selection of fine jewelry. I will be back!

The gang here is always helpful. Wont buy jewelry anywhere else.

Great customer service and good prices. This is the only jeweler I go to now in the Danbury area.

Jay is phenomenal- if you come in with a budget and what you want in mind he will make it happen!
