Left your store and called my husband to tell him never to purchase a gift certificate again. He gave my daughter and I gift certificates for Pandora. Our associate was not engaging or responsive as we selected our items. The charm my daughter wanted was tarnished. We felt our customer service was poor because we had gift cards and no commission or sales mattered. We will not return to Michaels.

The experience with Donna was head and shoulders above the larger retail chain. I trust Donna and she went out of her way to accommodate our schedules by driving to meet my wife in Waterbury, CT and on another occasion she drove an hour and a half to our home to show us our options. This was above and beyond my expectations, but due to our schedules, this transaction would not have happen if it were for Donna’ understanding of our situation and her willingness to be flexible and go the extra mile to accommodate the customer.
