Dr DiGiovanni and Dr Sealey are both excellent and very professional! Soon I will have a knee replacement with Dr Deveney.
I was referred to Dr. Sealey from the ER for a wrist fracture. At first, I was a little concerned when I learned he has a specialty in foot surgery. HOWEVER. He did a terrific job on the surgery, he was fantastic with aftercare, he remembered who I was and even managed to do such a good job on the suturing of the scar that after 3 months it is almost invisible. I could not be happier with the care and concern and skill he demonstrated.
The facility is amazing! Immaculate, latest technology , and wonderful staff. I have complete confidence and respect for Dr. Henshaw. I am being treated for both shoulder and knee . I appreciate that he explained everything and does NOT rush into surgery. He truly is a gentle man!
I have been going to this practice since 1984, they have treated me for multiple orthopedic issue. From as severe an issue as a total Hip and Knee replacement to a simple cortisone shot. I have seen 3 or 4 of the doctors in the practice and I have always been completely happy with all of them. The office staff has always been very good with me, as well as billing. But I do have to say that out of all them, Dr. DiGiovanni and his receptionist Kim are the greats. Kim is always so accommodating and Dr D has always known just what I needed and has never had me go through any unnecessary testing or procedures. He has always been right on. I can't say enough about how awesome Dr D has been with me. Every one I have seen has been very good, but Dr D is the best, if he happens to be the doctor that can help you with your problem. They all only do certain parts of the body. So make sure you make your appointment with the appropriate Doctor. Oh I forgot to mention their Physical Therapy department. They are also a great bunch of people, very helpful and caring.
I am in the first days of recovery from rotator surgery and at this time will begin by thanking all involved at Ortho Connecticut. Your new facility is beautiful and patient friendly and your caregivers at these facilities are top notch. Every person in my family (wife and 3 children) have received care from Danbury Orthopedics in one form or another over the years which made my choice a no brainer. I was not disappointed.
