Absolutely awful. Once you actually get into see a doctor face to face they're great. But if you ever need to get into contact with them between appointments it won't happen. My doctor made a mistake on one of my migraine medicines. I called as soon as I noticed daily for about a week with no response. I then asked my pharmacy to reach out to them thinking maybe they'd have better luck. Still no response. I kept calling back and was being told they were putting a message into my doctor under urgent. Even asked many times to speak to a manager but never got a call back After about 14 days of migraines due to having to take the wrong dose of meds I ended up walking into the place and filing a formal complaint on paper and sure enough I got a call back that day. They scheduled me into a doctor who didn't know my chart which was completely unfair on both ends. Finally got the medicine situation dealt with and scheduled an appointment with my doctor but the best they could give me was a month out (15 minute appt max) so I booked that and told them to please have my doctor reach out to me. 20 days later of calling and he still has not connected with me. My guess is they're over booked and under staffed. If you can find a different doctors office that works with your insurance I would highly recommend doing that. What I can say is that mostly everyone there is very friendly when you're at the office.

After calling and scheduling an appointment, I arrive at the office after driving over one hour to find out my appointment was cancelled. A second time I called all day to schedule an appointment, after getting an appointment for 3:00pm, I was informed I had 15min to arrive. I let them known I work far and would be a few min past 3pm. I arrived at 3:08, waited to be checked in and I was informed I couldn't be seen again because my appointment was canceled. I am truly disgusted by the lack of professionalism, respect and attention.

They are slow with refills. They need a better system. I like my doctor but am seriously considering leaving the practice after having requested a prescription refill authorization from my doctor on Monday and it is now Wednesday and I still have not been taken care of. I have made two calls to the office and each call resulted in a message being left for the doctor but no indication that will get the medication I need.

Horrible service and always waiting over an hour for absolutely no reason. Made me go in to order bloodwork that should be done over the phone! Money hungry and inconsiderate
