I had gone to ASC for an issue with my ears. They told me my right ear needed the wax removed, but overall they felt the issue was more neck related. When the nurse performed the wax removal, I expressed to her that it was painful and felt like something had popped. She brushed it off and when the doctor looked at it, he said there was just a little water left over and it would be fine. The next day, I woke up with blood on my pillow and dry blood that had come out of my ear. I called to tell them about and they didn't seem concerned, and told me to call back if it was bleeding again. After three days of my ear still bleeding I called again and again was told it was no big deal. The next day, what looked like a blood clot came out of my ear. I went to Urgent Care, and they told me who ever did the wax removal scrapped the inside of my ear about 9 times and that what had been bleeding. I will not go back to this location based on this experience. I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but I felt in this case it was important it didn't happen to anyone else.

The staff is very caring and helpful! The doctors take the time to explain everything and you know they really care about you!!!

Front staff was extremely rude. My child needed to get tested, and the Dr didn't explain things well, rushed us, and we just got the sense that office sees people as money. The billing is definitely sketchy, as they come up with a number you have to pay at the end, even though it's covered under insurance, and it isn't just $10 or so, it will be hundreds! Ours was almost $400! I called my insurance and they said they don't know how they could have given me a price to pay! I will definitely be following up! Steer clear of this place, we will never be going back.

Had a billing "dispute". I misread the bill and send short paid by $5.00. Got the next bill, which had a finance charge on it - discovered my error and paid the bill. Their A/P person said thanks so much we will take care of the finance charge. Fast forward 6 months. I continue to get monthly finance charges - I call them each month - they apologize each month - nothing happens. Talked to a very insistent woman today who said that no one ever promised that they would take any charges off and if I didn't have names there was nothing to be done. They would "settle" if I sent in an addition $5.00. I told that I was very sorry that their business was so bad they needed my $5.00 bucks and chased me for 6 months. Will never deal with these people again.

When I arrived within ten minutes I was in the office with Dr.Klarsfeld. He had me test my hearing and treated me. I set up follow up dates, all within a week. The staff led by Karen, had all of my follow ups set up before I left the office. Dr. Klarsfeld was honest as can be; after two attempts to solve the problem he told me he wanted to see Dr. Monroe he had more experience with things like this. He ordered some blood work, a MRI with Contrast and a Cat-scan of my head. I was able to hand Dr. Monroe all of the results. He went to office and came out five minutes later and explained a procedure I would need to get the hearing back. It sounded bad. Know-one wants to have their ear drum cut open.

After learning about the procedure I could not believe that Dr. Monroe asked me if I had time the next day. I was shocked. I figured a week or so. Nope, I showed up at 10:45 AM. My appointment time was for 11:00 AM. I was in the room starting the procedure at 10:55 AM. The procedure was two days and I had the same experience happened Thursday. I am grateful for Dr. Monroe. I have regain much of my hearing. I had another follow up however I know it will be fast and with a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them.

One day I woke up and had just about no hearing in might right ear. I was very concerned asked my wife (Nurse) what I should do. She said to give her an hour. Next thing I know she got an appointment on the same day two hours from when she called me from her work.
