Oh, and one more thing, I don't think staff should be having sex with the clients....but that's just me!!

BlueSky Helped me get my Life back!!! I checked into Bluesky right after hurricane Sandy! (About 5 years ago.) I was scared and ashamed of my drug addiction. I knew very little about drug addiction at that time. Bluesky helped me learn about drug addiction and myself. They opened my eyes to a new and better way of life. Blue sky was the beginning of this new clean journey that I'm on. I got to find myself that winter I was there. I'm so grateful for DR. Dave, Rob and the rest of Bluesky staff! I'm Still CLEAN TODAY!!!!

More than a handful of clients just in my time being there (only a few months) were able to overdose, abuse drugs, injure themselves and so on. BUT THERE'S THAT FAMOUS PHILOSOPHY FOR YOU!! Hey!! You almost kill yourself while in this behavioral rehab program?? Not our fault!!

Great program! Help change my life! I highly recommend!

I would like to start by saying this is by far the WORST treatment program I have ever been involved with.

no doubt five stars treatment the best on the planet

Again, worst program I have ever even heard of. The staff have no clue what they are doing or how to handle any type of crisis. If you care about your (or your loved ones) health DO NOT PURSUE A STAY AT BLUE SKY.

They are famous for having a philosophy of "giving you just enough rope to hang yourself", well they might as well be pushing the chair out from under you. I do not know ONE person who was successful due to their program. People either leave and relapse, go somewhere else immediately or soon after leaving BS or return to their program. They will make "deals" with you, where if you switch roommates/rooms/etc they will allow you to stay longer without having to worry about insurance (which is nice up until they want to move you somewhere that won't be beneficial to you). I tried to reach out to staff maybe times about other clients harassing me or touching me inappropriately and they said without written evidence there was nothing they could do. (Sorry I didn't have written evidence of a boy making me touch him in the back of the van YOUR STAFF MEMBERS WERE DRIVING.) Client mentor time/weekly check ins with the doctor/therapist are promise but often don't happen and when you did get to meet with the medicine management team they rarely listened to what you had to say and would generally meet with you for less than 5 minutes. When my parents stopped helping me with money for food I depended on their once a week ten dollar gift cards to buy ramen noodles for all of my meals (That's if they remembered to give it to you).

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Poorly run program. Staff doesn't care. Groups are mostly people venting with no real guidance from the therapists. Very low quality. Seems to be more of a scam for them to make money without providing the services of a good rehab. Seems like everyone here comes more than once because they relapse afterwards. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go for help.

Staff members talked down to clients, and would talk about other clients treatment/progress/mental health to other clients. Staff members would walk into the apartments and eat the clients food (I wouldn't even do that at an acquaintance's house, let alone to a treatment center client who has to buy all the food themself) Trips and events are planned, but rarely are they followed through on as said. If you aren't on an outing or in groups then you're just sitting around the apartments.

After a staff member went over the line verbally with me (screaming, calling me names and derogatory terms etc) I expressed how uncomfortable I was with him/my concerns about him as an employee and it was brushed off with no second thought.
