THIS PLACE NOW IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND IT IS AWFUL! SEIFERT AND FORD USED TO BE A VERY ORGANIZED CLINIC WITH PEOPLE WHO KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. NOT ANYMORE! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! IT BRINGS ME TO TEARS NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD HEALTH INSURANCE AND THIS CLINIC IS MY ONLY OPTION. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO NEVER GO BACK AFTER IT ALL CHANGED. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING, EVEN TO MAKE A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT THEY NEED TO TRANSFER TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ONLY TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CALL BACK. SERIOUSLY? ONE SIMPLE APPT AND ONLY ONE SPECIFIC PERSON INSIDE THE ENTIRE CLINIC IS ALLOWED TO BOOK IT? MAKES NO SENSE. GOD FORBID TO ASK ANY QUESTION, YOU WILL GET A DIFFERENTE ANSWER EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE. COMPLETE MESS!
Update: Tried one more time to make an appt and spoke to INEZ, she's the rudest person I have ever been on the phone with. Once I expresses my frustation to her because every person on the phone tells me something different she hung up on me. I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and have not seen a doctor yet because of these people are absolutely no help!!!!!
Friendly receptionists. I find they are extremely friendly. Unfortunately the staff is completely incompetent. The little PAs that run around are completely inconsiderate. They act like they know better they don't listen to patients and treat them like garbage. The actual doctors are hard to find unless you beg a PA to speak with a doctor you never will see one. This place is a complete joke they should be investigated for terrible care and service. They treat all their patients like criminals it's disgusting. Watch out for dr Sandra Mini she is a complete monster and thinks she knows better than the patient and does whatever she thinks is best.
I'm not a patient, I'm actually a PCA that has a client that uses their dental services. The lobby majority of the time is very dirty. The front door was broken. No matter how many times I make an appointment they either don't have him schedule at all or have him schedule at a different time. It makes me look very unprofessional to my client, thank goodness I now take the appointment cards with me. I remember one time a secretary once said my client didn't have an appointment and tried to squeeze him in by putting as if he was an emergency and this female dental assistant or whatever she was came out and yelled me as if I were the one that set it on the computer that way. I really hate coming here, I highly recommend you going to a different clinic.
Excellent receptionists ! Especially Ashley they handle things properly and weed out the b.s. their sharp and smart, also Dr. Tremaglio is awesome he is so busy but seriously takes the time to genuinely listen to you, he is a true pro! do you know how hard that is to do when the entire place is flooded with people? That takes some serious skill and heart! I appreciate him and everything these people have done for me thankyou!
If I could rate this place no stars I would. All the receptionist are in turtle/slow mode, they act like they don't work at a fast paced environment. Very unprofessional. The aprn and the nurses that my kids were seeing was the only good thing about this place. They turned over to a new owner and this place is just total garbage. I just brought my daughter to the pediatrician today and of course they never fail to disappoint me. The nurse says "now who are you". First of all, I'm a nurse my self and the most basic thing they teach in nursing school is to introduce yourself. Disrespectful, incompetent, un knowledgeable people. What a waste of place.
