Love the products but the staff fail to give proper customer service. Disappointed. Never going back there again. Better get everything online.
Nice salespeople and inventory, but the man that works there (I think manager?) was a little short and snippy with me when I tried to check out. He looked like he was working one of the registers and when I saw that I was wrong, he said firmly, "There's the line." Not exactly how a customer should be talked to. Regardless, very good staff and quality of products.

So, I went Black Friday shopping here, even though almost everything was still full price, and spent an exorbitant amount of money. Whoever the manager was treated me with such disrespect when I simply asked for the security tag, WHICH THEY FAILED TO REMOVE WHEN I PURCHASED THE ITEM, to be removed. I had my receipt emailed and it was delayed to my inbox so I couldn't access it when they asked for it. I told them to ask the cashier who checked me out just 30 minutes before to confirm that I had just purchased the item. Instead, the middle aged looking woman who I assume was the manager GRABBED the item from me, rolled her eyes as she removed the tag, and threw the item back to me. Are you kidding me?
