I called to see if they had a particular item in stock and talked to a woman named Maddie who was so kind and helpful. She even put aside the item for me until I could pick it up. Its easy for a store this large to get hectic and it was a pleasant surprise to interact with such helpful staff!
Somebody should change the store operating hours, because it's been 2 times that I have been told to go pay at 9:30 pm, whereas the hours stated here are until 10pm. Such a disappointment.
Store is rediculously hot year round. They play the music too loud. I can't hear anyone around me or even myself think when I'm in this store. It gives me a headache every time I walk in because of both those things. You're not getting my business especially considering I can't even walk in the place.
