Credit cards applications????? Really??????? I waited in line with an infant for 45 minutes because you were understaffed and asked a some lady if she would open a credit card to save a few percent... and she said "we can try"... Are you kidding me???? And she didn't even get one after multiple transfers and managers on the phone talked with her. this is bs and why I never come Into these stores. I could have been out of that place in less than 5 minutes but you decided to waste my time. go f yourselves
Today, 7/22/17 at around 2:30 pm I went into the Gap Store in the Danbury Mall. I was looking to purchase shorts. I overheard two female associates discussing and complaining about their schedules loud enough where other customer could hear. This happened in the men's side of the store. I walked by them three times and not once did they ask if I needed assistance. I walked right by them without them even acknowledging me. I ended up walking out without purchasing anything. Next time I'm at the Danbury Mall, I won't go into that store again.
