Traveling through Danberry and needed to get a slow leak repaired in a tire. They were unable to find any leaks so they cleaned the rim. When I got the car back I checked the pressure and they put 40 pounds pressure when the tire was rated for 35 pounds. Also they put a different valve cover on the tote they checked, so that I ended up with one black and three silver valve covers. When I went inside to tell them about the two errors they gave me major attitude. Re: the odd valve cover, they kept saying it’s only a three cent valve cover so why does it matter? It matters because that’s what I brought in and that’s what I want to get back. I want all silver because It matches my silver rims. Regarding the extra pressure in the tire, they said that’s what they always do. Unbelievable that they tried to make it look as though I was being unreasonable when clearly they were the sloppy ones. Would not recommend this place.
All they say is it’s going to be a long wait for a couple of hours
The service is good but the management is poor. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 10 AM. The service center opens at 9 AM. On the reservation list there were 2 people at 9, and me and another person at 10. I was told that my car wouldn't be ready until Noon for an oils change. I know they had taken some customers ahead of me that didn't have reservations. So what's the point of making a reservation. It should be first come first serve?!
Now they either don’t want my service or low in staff
Not only did they hang up on me when I called about tires, but they didn't seal the tires on the rims correctly so I was constantly getting flat tires and having to put air in my tires. When Mavis discount tire took a look at the tires on the rims they were appalled by the sealent job. I will never get tires or anything from them again and I would adipose everyone to do the same.
Scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I was told I'd have to leave my car there or wait at the mall until the end of the day. It's supposed to be a 2-3 hour job but they had call outs. How about you contact customers to let them know before they get there. I should've trusted the other reviews.
I have come in morning afternoon evening weekdays and weekends with or without appointment
