It is a hit or miss with customer service. But they always have what I'm looking for or find it at a close by store for me. So I continue to go.
The young man who helped me was very nice, professional and quick. Really enjoyed his conversation. He was only a part time worker but awesome young man.
Slowest service coupled with the least knowledgeable front-end staff... you'll get cheap parts if you're willing to waste an hour, teach them what their merchandise is and/or does and occasionally walk then through their own system. Btw...I wrote this review while I waited 45 minutes for the sales associate to find 3 parts.
Long waits, even with the store full of staff walking around. Witness 3 staff to go install new wipers for someone. With at least 3 to 5 people waiting in line. When you need a part you better know you're stuff, if you depend on them you will get a wrong part and have to come back to the store to return it. Great location. Poorly managed.
An employee tried to rip me off. Worst place I've ever been to. He scanned an item, placed it off to the side and despite me watching him denied scanning it. He then argued with me telling me to check the receipt, as I was about to walk out in a huff the receipt did indeed have the item in question on it. Tried to screw me out of twenty dollars. Disgraceful.
