Midas in Danbury has been a valuable asset to our family. We have been taking our cars (many many makes and models) since we moved to the area many moods ago. Mike runs the shop professionally and gives an honest appraisal of the work to be done. He will work to find the best price as he can. I NEVER feel taken advantage of and would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing servicing. Dawn has an upbeat and friendly personality and is a wonderful "face" to the shop. The team here is trustworthy and kind. So thankful they are around.
I brought my daughter's 2001 Subaru to MIke at Midas and was exceptionally pleased with the workmanship, the value we received and the excellent customer service by Mike. He called me four times during the day, he fully explained the work and the estimate before asking for my approval and the car was done on time. When we picked up the car, Mike spent the time with my daughter explaining what was done and how her car was good to go. I will be back Mike and I will recommend you to our friends.
Despite working down the block from Midas for the past decade, unfortunately I discovered what an amazing company and group of people who work there a few months ago! Due to an emergency with a tire, I found myself slowly driving there for the tire repair and have been returning for all other car issues since (routine oil changes and 2nd tire emergency!) Mike and Dawn go above and beyond with their customer service, most recently squeezing me in twice to figure out the reason for the illuminated check engine light. Mike took the time to investigate and supported my need to bring the car to the dealership instead of Midas doing the repair. That is true customer service and I will be a customer for the foreseeable future!
I have been going to Midas for 7 years and would never go any where else. Mike and Dawn are the best. I never have to worry if my car has been repaired correctly, they get you in and out and Mike always advises me of what and when I may need some work done. I am a single lady and knowing Midas has my back gives me peace of mine. Thanks Mike, dawn and all the great mechanics!
I came to Midas to switch my tires and wheels on my Audi before the snow hit last week. I got the best price around and moreover, I received exceptional service with Mike. I came in today since Audi told me that I needed my front bushings replaced immediately (and they gave me an abysmal quote). Mike and Matt inspected my vehicle and found what the issue was; they ended up repositioning the front brake plate at NO EXTRA CHARGE! All I can say is that honesty and great service sells.
On a side note, I had no trouble being productive in a comfortable waiting area (with free coffee and free WiFi) with a very clean bathroom.
