I bought my certified 2014 VW Tiguan in April. Good customer service until I found out this month (August) that my brakes were rusted and need to be replaced (only 4 months). Weeks refused to replaced them without charge (estimated cost $1,000). What does "certified"mean? My phone calls and email were not returned. I am an unhappy customer and will not recommend anyone to this business!
If I could give zero starts I would be more than happy to. I am disgusted by the "service" that this establishment offers. They sold everyone in my family a car and we have each had issues since. Worst off, my car was defective upon purchase which I came to realize much later, and although they fixed this initial issue, they overlooked many important points leading to further, more complex issues down the road. Also, the head of service and the manager gave me two completely different stories on what was checked on the car and how often this should be done. Avoid overpaying for a car only to find that you will have numerous issues, NONE of which they will be willing to help with. I am calling Audi HQ to report the manager as he was condescending and was not helpful in any way whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle and go literally ANYWHERE else. Please.
I was in the market for a used car for a few months and engaged with a handful of dealers either through a test drive or talking on the phone. In general, I found them to be better than I remembered last time I bought a car. Still, Weeks was really exceptional. Very human and informative and transparent about things. And then really helpful with the transaction and registration etc. Stephen Mortati was my contact and he was really terrific. I got a fair deal and feel really good about the purchase (about two weeks ago).

Even down to my top choice of color. Was treated well by the whole staff. No shady sales tricks, no hidden charges, and even got me better financing than I thought. Will definitely be checking back with them for my next vehicle needs.
