As always, Reed took great care of me when I came in for my routine oil change. He is very attentive, gets the job done quickly and is not pushy. He is the only one I will see at Greentree!

Justin handled everything professionally and personally and all went well..no surprises and even an unexpected loaner so I could get to work earlier than I had hoped. Job well done.
There may not be many frills but their service is courteous, efficient AND reasonably priced. An upstate NY Toyota well rated dealership said they'd charge $480 plus taxes for a 30K service on my 2015 Camry (leased, being returned in 4 months so I told them I wanted the minimum necessary). These Greentree folks quoted $268 plus tax, then gave a small extra discount. Good job and service agent Vance was very genial as well.
I appreciate the ease of doing business, they provided a loaner when my Sienna was in for recall work, the guys at the front are always helpful and quick to return calls. My disappointment was in fact that when i picked my car up, it looked like a bomb went off inside. 5 star service means leaving the car better than when it was dropped off, not worse. I am on my last service appointment that was included in the purchase of the car, you would think they would be trying to show why I should continue to use them in the future, this did not help their cause.
Since buying our truck from Greentree Toyota Keith has had nothing but praise for the way he has been treated. Everyone has been kind and explaining things where Keith can understand. The waiting area is comfortable. He says it has been a pleasure dealing with a dealer that does not try to take you for a ride.
