I just bought a car from Honda of Danbury. I definitely recommend seeing Jess Pugliese if you are interested in a car! She made my car buying experience way easier than expected! She provided great customer service and was always there when I thought of another question to ask! Would definitely recommend seeing Jess! She is attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. On October 4th, four of my service lights light up. I immediately took my car to the service center in New Britain, where the technician ran a diagnostic at no cost. He couldn't diagnose the issue and sent me to my hometown service center and they ran diagnostics. No certain answer resulted but I was told I had probably put bad gas in the tank. The tech said it wasn't the first time they'd seen bad gas from that station and recommended I let them remove it. I asked for a sample which they produced to show how 'sludgy' it was (I didn't see them take the sample from my vehicle). I told them to go ahead with the removal and specifically asked them to keep a sample for me to bring to the gas station. When I picked up my vehicle, the rep told me my car was all set, took my $430.00, and then told me that my sample had been thrown away!! I got into my car and all of the lights were back ON! They ran more diagnostics, proposed more experimental parts replacements leaving me exactly nowhere. I went to my dealership for top of the line service and confidence. I left HIGHLY suspicious, $430.00 lighter, and now my car is sitting at a local repair shop because something is clearly wrong and I've lost all confidence in Danbury Honda Service.

Our second car from this dealership and Pete made the purchase of this one exceptional. They know there product and are willing to work with you to make the sale. I will recommend Pete and Honda of Danbury to anyone looking for a great car at an excellent price!.

Love this place. It is very organized and efficient. The employee's are very helpful and friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable and there is free coffee and tea available, plus vending machines and several t.v.'s.

My sales consultant, Jessica, found the perfect car for me. I love the sporty look of my 2017 Honda Accord Sport and the way it drives. They even had the color that I wanted and it also has a CD player, which was important to me. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making my car shopping experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone I know that is looking for a car to see Jessica P. at Honda of Danbury. Her manager, Roy Morel, really went all out to satisfy me as a customer as well as accommodating my financial needs.
