First time ive been to Wayback Burgers, my family & i will sure be returning. The food was great & the service was extraordinary i was their 8/22/17 and Dylan went above & beyond serving us, from the moment we walked in untill the moment we left he made sure we were well taken care of & continuously ask if we needed anything employees like him need to be recognize for his extraordinary customer service & of course the food was magnificent.
Very clean. Workers were nice. Food was fresh, and it was all AMAZING!!!!! All of the food is, in my opinion, way better than McDonald's (especially the shakes!!!)
Monday, Oct 16th - 4:30PM. I don't know the girls name who was working, but what she managed to do was make me think, "Wow, she represents what customer service should be! Nice job!", which doesn't happen all that often for me. She really went above and beyond in terms of kindness, attentiveness, and patience, was friendly and made my first Wayback Burger experience one that I'll have to come back to relive again. I mean, I'm sitting out in my car writing this now haven't even drove away yet. For a fast burger joint, it's definitely good. Someone else said "better than McDonald's, but you can't even compare the two, completely different leagues. This place is a much better quality place all around. Cheers.
