Quick service and friendly counter staff. The counter and dining area is smaller than other restaurants but the seating is comfortable.
Pretty disappointed after the long wait for them to open; The mashed potatoes have a weird spice to them, the rice & beans are ‘ok’, the biscuits are way too buttery, and the chicken is good, not great but good. Next time I’m craving fried chicken and mashed potatoes I’ll go to KFC. Also they don’t have the jambalaya in this area!
The management was horrible. He yelled at the cashier to make sure she properly obtained the money from my credit card before handing over the food which he had hanging out of the drive thru window but not releasing it to me! Food was very cold and one order was missing a biscuit. No cocktail or tartar sauce was given. The worst Popeyes I've ever been to!
Was pretty bummed about the food. Went through the drive thru, made a $25 purchase nothing crazy. The rice sucked, And the food was partially cold. They gave me the wrong drink twice. When I Ordered two tender platters, they didn't give me any sauce or even ask about what sauce I wanted. I had to ask for it myself. Sub par experience, guess I'll continue to go to Trumbull to get my Popeyes.
The chicken is very good. But the Google map navigation is way off. It's actually next to the Texas restaurant.
