We had the worst experience at this Chili's today. We started with the hostess coming and seating the family before us and then disappearing. Eventually, the bartender came out and took us to our seat. Then we placed our order from the lunch express menu and waited for five minutes for our drinks to arrive. Another fifteen for our soup to come out and my husband's clam chowder was luke warm. Another fifteen minutes passed and the waiter came by and asked if we had received our food! He came back five minutes later and said they were still preparing it! We told him to cancel it and bill us for the soups only. He left and returned with our food, which we refused, and told us the manager had said to not charge us. The manager did not come to speak to us. The last several visits to this Chili's have been disappointing but today was unacceptably bad. We will not return. They don't deserve even one star, but zero stars wasn't an option!
Typical chili's. Very steady service, except they forget the sides I ask for all the time when I order take-out food. Other than that, decent dining experience.
Food ok. Service very good. Took way to long for food to come out almost 20 mins for chicken fingers and fries for a toddler.
I love chillies. There food has gotten better and the staff are fun
We needed to go somewhere for lunch before the "big game".....so we went here. Lunch was yummy as it usually is. Not terribly expensive either (unless you have like 5 Long Island Iced Teas). Didn't help much with the "big game" though, because we still lost....but after a lunch of only 6 McDonald's fries my son scored 6 goals. Confidence??? You be the judge.
