However, the people are nice and helpful.
I went in to exchange some shoes & to see if they had a pair of pants I saw online in store. These were two separate visits might I add. First the shoe that I really wanted (literally fell in love with) I couldn't get because someone sold two left pairs & all that was left was obviously both the right shoes of the only 7.5 they had in stores. It was depressing because it was the display shoe and you know how you get your hopes up because it's your size, well there's that. Then when I finally found two pairs I kinda liked they had the hardest time exchanging them. They were cheaper than my original transaction and the woman was so scared to do the swap she wanted to call her manger. I had no problem with that, she wanted to cover herself, I get it. However, her manger was no where to be found. She called at least 4 times. Then there was what happened with the men's clothing on another day. I go to pick up some pants I saw online, but didn't have the chance to get and since I had been near the mall I thought going in would be easier. The woman searches the computer, they have 5 pairs left in store; I think great! However, no one can find a pair. :/ This is the most unorganized Macy's I've ever shopped at. 2 stars for the simple fact that the workers were very sweet, but I can never find what I need here.
Macy's stores are always good to shop apparels, shoes and wardrobe stuffs.. but this store was not quite organized in the best possible way. Some of the sections had clothes hanging out of the shelves and wrong size tags.
IT WAS EXCELLENT, IGOT THE SPORTS FASHIONABLE HEAVY DUTY WATCH THAT IWANT.
Absolutely awful! Went to the store yesterday evening with my co worker and had a horrible experience. I called earlier to put a pair of shoes on hold. When I arrived to the store I went to the register and there was 2 representatives assisting customers at that time. When the female representative was done she turned around looked straight at us and left from behind the counter and begin to pick up shoes and items left in the waiting area. She made no effort to assist me or conversation at all. And she looked straight at me so she knew I was there. I would have been ok with her asking, "Is someone already assisting you?" Then a different male representative comes over and says to us that he is going home so he can only take 2 more people. He had us move over so he can take 2 ladies he walked up with. This different male comes from the back and asks if we were all set. I made him aware of my experience and he grabs the shoes and then lets us know that as soon as Matthew is done he will assist us. So we go to Matthew's register and stand behind the customers he was currently helping at that moment. As soon as Matthew is done he asks out loud if there was anyone who needed help as we are approaching the register. A lady from the left side of the shoe section says she does and he walks away from us, which we are directly in front of him at that moment. The male who got the shoes for us comes back out and rings up the lady he is helping. He turns around and says, Are you to ok, did you need something else?" We tell him no and say no one will help us and he lets us know that he will be right with us. he takes our transaction when he is done and apologizes for the experience. I believe his name was Samuel. I appreciate his sincerity in his apology, but the experience was humiliating!
Sell the clothes that I'm looking for, which means I don't need to go into the NYC
