The staff at the Budget Car Rental at Mill Plain Road in Danbury, CT are always very pleasant, respectful and professional. From my past experience with this location, the vehicles are always spotless and in perfect mechanical condition. I highly recommend using this location if you need to rent a vehicle.
Worst car rental i have ever dealt with. Trying to get someone on the phone is the most frustrating experience. i wanted to extend my rental a couple days and it sent me to the automated machine where it gives you the option to do just that but yet when I put all the correct information in i was told that they could not process the request and that I would have to speak with someone. Yup. no problem. Now if only i could get someone on the phone longer then a second since any time someone answers i'm told to hold not asked if I can hold. I don't have a choice. I will never use Budget again. Worst ever. Enterprise all the way from now on. Now i remember why I always used them before.
Very Rash policy of Budget Car Rental,i gave back the rental car 1 hour late, and they charged me 50$ for that. No other rental car companies does that. They give 4 hours of grace period. Budget Rental Cars is TRASH.

Solid rental with few problems. The car was a Focus Platinum and was well equipped. Ran well and had no issues. Only small concern was told given a full tank, was actually 7/8ths full. So they got an extra 1/8th of a gallon in return when the car was returned. For the small gas tank, about 2 gallons or $5 increase in the cost of the car.
