I spend quite a bit of money renting cars each year. I received incompetent service from the people I was using(nasty attitudes,price jacking,and old, not well maintained cars). I dealt with Martin at avis. He and the team there were more than helpful and the customer service was great. Cars were in great shape and they made the processes easy and hassle free. I will be using avis from now on.
I rent very often from this location and I must say that the staff and the customer service is impeccable. They go out of their way to make you feel a valued customer
I rent an intermediate car from Avis almost every two weeks and this week's experience was not what it should have been. An intermediate car should not be a base VW Jetta that's dirty, god awful uncomfortable and drives like my 16 year olds car. I went to return the car and that was the only one they had on the lot. Time to look at switching to Enterprise or Hertz.
My wife rented a car from this location, She bought Liability Insurance from Jennifer for $15.72, my wife agreed verbally to the charge, then Jennifer Blindly ask's my wife to initial the contract. My wife made the mistake by initialing without looking because she trusted Jennifer. when we received the bill she over charged my wife $158 extra in additional insurance coverage that my wife never agreed on. we called them back and Mike the manger told us that he cant do anything because its a signed contract. I explained to him that Jennifer pulled "Bate & switch", I asked him if they had camera in there location and if so to please check the footage to verify what happened . He stuttered and told me to talk to his security team. We disputed the charges of course with our CC company and we called corporate few times to finally get the charges corrected. Never again
Brand new cars, super clean, Joel was amazing he was patient helpful and got me a great deal cuz i was a pain lol but he was awesome I'll only go to him when I rent a car from here out. He went above and beyond. Couldn't be happier and prices very reasonable
