Their billing company sent me to collections for a bill that I actually paid twice. Then it was impossible to get a hold of anyone to get it resolved. #scammers
Imaging is fine but the bedside manner could use some work. Overall vibe is very cold and unfreindly.
Gave it 4 stars for quality of the x-ray images.
After a miscommunication, the staff at W. CT Imaging stayed later than they had to in order to complete a series of X-rays for me. The staff was cheerful and professional -- should the need arise, I'll be back.
Western CT Imaging sent me to a collection agency even though I never got a bill. It appears that my street number was incorrect. The thing is, since I was seeing the doctors in their group, it should have been easy to straighten out by any number of methods(e-mail, phone, referring physician, their database). They did not do any of this, but instead sent my $70 bill to a collection agency for the first time in my life.(I am 62 years old)When I called Western CT Imaging, they told me I could pay them, but they couldn't erase a potential credit stain. There are plenty of places to get scans. Do yourself a favor, and steer clear of these guys.
