He listened to all my concerns before sharing his pension. His assessment of my back injury was accurate. He worked hard to make sure that the insurance company approved my MRI scan.
Very helpful and caring. Surgery was the last thing I wanted but went perfect. The staff really makes you feel like they care and spend time with you and your options.

he did my first discectomy and it went perfect. An accident resulted in the need for another discectomy--unfortunately, I changed insurance and Dr. Kramer did not take the new one. The second disctectomy went so poorly I needed spinal fusion (from #1 rated back guy in NYC) That over-hyped idiot told me I could go back to work in a month--which ruined the fusion. So now I am back to Dr Kramer, who is wonderful, and if I have to spend the rest of my life paying it off because he does take my crappy insurance--thats ok. Also, Danbury Hospital is very clean and the nurses are nice. At Beth Israel it was filthy, no one washed their hands and the staff got bent out of shape if I asked for a glass of water with a little sugar in it. (the food was so bad as to be inedible, and thats saying a lot if you have not eaten in 3 days)
