This is most stupid worst place i have ever been. favoritism, disrespect is common. I have been to this place once with my kids, they did a very bad job, when paid less tip, they show constipated face feeling.
Just wanted to try one more time if my feeling was wrong and this time it is most worst experience. I have decided, that i am not wrong in judging this business and people who work there. This place is not worth for anyone's money and time.
Went there 2/28, five stylists on... no other clients except myself and two kids. Gave name to receptionist and waited for ten minutes. Someone came in and was seated immediately because they had an appointment. I asked for manager, who was rude as was receptionist. So I left, not giving business to people who exhibit poor service. Four stylists having a conversation in the back is not a reason to be kept waiting.
What's the point of appointments if you have to wait 20 minutes even though you were on time ps lose the attitude
Called ahead of time and made an appointment. As I enter no one acknowledges that im there. Waited 15 more minutes until the hairdressers were unoccupied and still noone acknowledges me. So I just walked out. Worst customers service ever.
I think even a star to this people is also bad. Super Cuts ... Sucks here in Danbury
It took the person an entire 5 minutes to cut my hair and it looks like it took 5 minutes to cut.
