I should not have gone shopping alone with two toddlers on a Friday afternoon! Incredibly busy... But an associate kindly helped me out to the car and it was still a lovely shipping experience! Thank you!
I kindly advise every other store to take a page from this Trader Joe's branch in relation to exceptional customer service. After all, exceptionalism in customer service is usually one of the main things that sets a business apart from its competitors. If customers feel that they are not wanted or needed, they will certainly go elsewhere with their money.
My favorite grocery store. Staff always helpful and friendly. I find the prices to be reasonable. Sample of the day helps me decide on future purchases. I only wish they were closer to home.
In the past, Trader Joe's would have received 5 stars all day. Over the years, outside brands have dwindled, replaced by Trader Joe's private label. The number of items I go to Joe's for has shrunk. The staff has remained Outstanding, but the store has progressively lost its uniqueness. More and more it has become like many other stores, where profitability outshines everything.
The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy things are! And I like the prices for the quality of the products. But the parking lot, and at times the store itself, seems too crowded. And despite the friendly atmosphere it seems to attract rude clientele.
This TraderJoe's facility is one of the best grocery stores or supermarkets that I have ever frequented. Besides the uniquely delicious foods and quality products that it offers, its staff-members are amazingly pleasant and helpful. Irrespective of your budgetary limitations, I can assure you that these employees will make you feel like a superstar.
