Sad,won't go back to this Dollar Tree if this particular person would be in the store.
Under staffed, but the employees here are always willing to help you
Sales Associate ,Frank was quite rude to me and my 3 year old son.He greeted the customers who were before me and infact was involved in a very Friendly conversation with the Customer who was behind me,but didn't greet me at all.But,What made me upset was,the way he put our stuff in one bag,he didn't even wrap the Glass Candle holders that we bought and Banged our Bag on the counter.For some reason,his behavior was quite intentional.And when I inserted my Card for the payment,I stood there for some seconds while he was busy chit-chatting with the Customer standing behind me and the payment machine said,Wait for the cashier,he made me wait for no reason at all. I had a very Bad experience today.Dollar Tree,please Train your Staff for conducting a good behavior with the customers,belonging to any Race or ethnicity.
Cashier had an attitude. Hate spending money where customers are not appreciated
Pretty good stuff when it's not all over the floor some of their aisles they don't bother ever cleaning and very understaffed but the staff they do have is great as far as helping customers
I quite frequently go to Dollar Tree at the North Street Shopping Center.But,after what happened today,I would think twice before going there.Today's date is 10/19/2017,I went there at around 11:45AM.
Amazingly everything is one dollar or less. You can't accept it to look like a major department store. I would rather pay the super reasonable prices, than pay much more for a prettier store. Stock varies so if you see something you want, buy it now, it may not be available later.
