Went to five other furniture stores, Bob's, Ashley's etc... No one helped us like Linda did here at Pottery Barn. We found so many pieces for our new home, and she took the time to show us all of our options. We will definitely be back to see Linda!!
Bruce, Bruce and more Bruce! This manager is an amazing individual who is the epitome of service. Unfortunately these days it is not the norm to receive good service much less extraordinary service but this is what I got yesterday. I came in to return something and to make a very long story short, Bruce made about 20 calls on my behalf and literally did not stop until the job was done. It was not easy and frankly I felt terrible to have him go through so much trouble. He never made me feel like he was being burdened, he never wavered and actually took pride when he accomplished what was not easy to achieve. Pottery Barn Inc. take notice! This guy is a keeper. I am in the service business and this was nothing short of a wonderfully dedicated person who is worth his weight in gold...give the guy a raise or I'll hire him myself!
I can only say wonderful things about the management at Pottery Barn. I had ordered a couch at the Pottery Barn in Danbury, for delivery to be scheduled when my apartment was ready. There was a miscommunication which could have caused me a huge problem, but the management immediately took control of the situation, and was so kind and understanding of what I needed. Bruce, in particular, went out of his way to ensure that my needs were met, and followed up several times to make sure to confirm this. I will be recommending that my friends and family shop here. This was such a great, professional experience.
Linda at Pottery Barn Danbury is always a pleasure to work with. She is very helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure we get everything we’re looking for. We will be back.
