I have been going to this place for over a year now. The owner is such a good dude, they take their time and do a really great job without gauging the prices. I get my oil changed here as well and they always do a great job. Staff is friendly and professional. Twice now they have made an exception and gave me a wax even though i only paid for the interior express detail. Customer service is their top priority. They even take care of little things like scraping off old stickers for me when they do my windows. They have earned my business and then some. Great job guys keep up the great work
I am a member of the monthly subscription club which is convenient and reasonably priced. It is a good car wash but it is just like most automatic car washes I would not recommend them if you are perfectionist about your car. I personally only take my daily driver here.
Been to other places for an oil change, and they give you an oil change--and that's all. Platinum Car Wash & oil has been my go-to place lately. Why? I bought a synthetic oil change for $59.95 for my wife's truck, and received a rebate form from Mobil good for $9-$15 at the service desk. Then, I got 2 car wash coupons, worth $20.00 apiece. Not one, TWO! Amazing. Professional. State of the art. 3 men dried my truck, one also treated my tires. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK 20 MINUTES, INCLUDING THE WASH. Really!!?? Goodbye to any other "quick" oil change places that give you nothing and charge a fortune for their services. A very pleasant surprise these days! Try them, you will be very happy in no time. Paid about $59 for outside and interior to be cleaned. Car was done in 5 minutes and was still dirty. Minimal vacuum..coffee stain on console and everything. Sears not wiped down etc. keep in mind my car usually is pretty clean so it wasn't a big task. When I mentioned it and explained unacceptable the guy said he had 3 more cars behind me!!! The 2 cars in front of me complained as well so I was stunned. Never again. I had heard bad things but was willing to give them a try anyway. Awful. One star to many.
Paid for the monthly wash package. Noticed some small scratches here and there from their wash. What caused me to cancel my subscription was when, after exiting their wash, the rear trim panel above my tire was torn off, and dragging on the asphalt. My complaint went up to their main offices, where I was told that after reviewing their videos of the event, they determined that their equipment was not at fault, even though when I went in, that damage was not there. They are a piss poor car wash with even worse customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.
