Rest rooms are closed during the day,so if you like port-a-potties stop here.
It's ok, but the hours suck, they lock the whole building down around 3 and only have porta-johns, this is typical of all the states welcome/rest areas except on 95 or 15, avoid if at all possible after 3pm.
Nice rest stop, much easier to get to east bound than west bound on I84. Free dump station for RVs is what brought us here.

Official state rest stop, 4pm, and you have to trudge down snowy and icy sidewalks to get to the porta-potty outside in the freezing cold. Awesome. Stupid hours of operation gives CT a black eye.
