I randomly (nothing is random) found Putnam Storage on the web and Starting with Garret. The experience only went upwards. He helped me understand my options, was honest and professional and found me the perfect unit. We are moving from out of state, so it's not an easy drive by and unload. The n ext gift was Joe, who was calming and reassuring, offered me more advice and he even found me a mover, Ed who was the topping on our cake. We are in process of moving in stages and it is so smooth and They are helping me in every single way. I honestly would recommend this company to anyone, in state or out of state. It has been absolutely most wonderful experience and the fun part is now I have 3 great new family members, Garrett, Joe and Ed....Life can so be a gift.

Excellent and thorough service. Gave me a variety of storage options and prices. Building is clean, climate-controlled and secure. Plenty of carts available for moving items into the unit. I highly recommend Putnam West.
Facility is very clean, secure and modern. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and the best I was able to find in the area (and this is a stellar facility). I have used other storage facilities in the past, and this one is by far the best. Thank you Jarrett and Joe for going the extra mile to make our move less stressful. I highly recommend Putnam.
