We awarded the job to Able Roofing to apply a new roof to our 15x25 screened in deck. Chris met our timeline and completed the roof in one day as promised and the work was EXCEPTIONAL. We had some water damage last winter, ice dams and such. We had no idea what needed to be repaired at all. Chris was great, he actually took me up on the roof and identified some possible problems as well as areas that could use improvement. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on roofs and roofing We then discussed possible solutions and what could be done, as well as options for each area. Price was very reasonable and he scheduled the repair much sooner than anticipated which was excellent. Definitely recommend Able Roofing if you need repairs and Able Roofing will be my first consideration when we need to re-roof our home.
