Kyle, Jeremy, and Marisa couldn't have been nicer and more professional during our ductless mini-split setup. They answered all of our questions and were very thoughtful of our needs. The product is top of the line. They also kept true to their word on the installation day we scheduled (even though it was pouring rain).
