I was looking for a very specific size box on their website but none of their locations had it. I hadn't been able to find one like at staples, walmart, etc, nor did the usps have one that wasn't exorbitant shipping flat rate. Chelsea went out to the recycling box area and poked through them and found me one that was almost exactly the size I needed. I really appreciated that she went to that extra trouble for me. That's customer service!

Renting with U-Haul is a hassle. Doesn't matter if you plan a week, two days, a day before or the day off they never have the right trailer available and it's always located in their Bridgeport location. Bridgeport isn't convenient or local to the Greater Danbury area. Absolutely ridiculous. They're supposed to contact you within an hour not 45 min before pickup it's over an hour away. Highly unprofessional and not very business savvy
