Theater was dirty.
I have been going to this movie theater for 15 years and even worked here for half a year. It's an alright place. I never had any problems working there or visiting. It's a little expensive but what movie theater isn't these days? It's very clean and they have a lot of food options and drink options as well. They have a variety of membership options to provide rewards. Is fun but expect to spend a good amount.
I reported the issue to someone who said they were the manager (later to find out that was not true) and they said there was nothing they could do.
Been going here since I was born, I saw my first movie here, Tarzan. They have a good selection of food and refreshments although it'll cost quite a bit but I suppose that's all movie theaters at this point. They have IMAX and 3D movies as well as nice comfy seats with fold back arm rests if you need that. They give you a free refill if you come out during your movie too.
The people behind us threw popcorn at my sister, spiller their drink on us, and constantly kicked are seats and talked.
Average movie plex, nothing more, nothing less. Projection quality (brightness and focus) still varies much too widely depending upon which of the sixteen theaters you attend. That alone merits docking it two stars.
I want to like this theater due to proximity to me, but honestly it just feels out of date compared to others around the state. They finally added reserved seating options when buying online, yet they still have old school stadium seating with folding seats. Where's the recliners? The seats do have long sturdy backs, which also seem to be just the right length for people to kick when sitting behind you due to the cramped distances between rows.
