Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Wish they would have left some coffee and fresh fruit available to those who missed breakfast. Although parking lot was quite full, there are alternate entrances which made access easier.
As always, the staff at Springhill Suites, and the staff here at the Danbury location in particular are helpful and courteous. The rooms are a little small compared to other Springhill Suites locations, but still are comfortable, well maintained, and a wonderful place to stay. We did call the front desk once to request extra towels for the bathroom, and they were sent up within 4 minutes.
Nice rooms,with plenty of outlets. Good wifi. Nice pool ( can get crowded). Workout room looks new. Friendly staff, complementary breakfast includes eggs, sausage & a waffle station.
Nice Breakfast. Hotel and room clean and tidy. However needs updating. Staff nice and friendly. Location very good.
Check in with William was an absolute pleasure. He could have not been more welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
