Excellent stay. The whole experience was very positive. From the reception where Lauren was extremely friendly to the breakfast which was fresh and wholesome.
Great service. They got us into our room early on Thanksgiving day. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was standard but good. Road noise was pretty loud and being on the first floor we could hear the people above us walking around and dropping things. Other than that, this is a good place.
The room was nice, although we were very concerned that the windows were prevented from opening fully by screws in the frame. Makes sense for security purposes, since the room was on the first floor, but very unsafe in case of a fire. Pool was ok, had a weird salty taste, but the hot tub was WAY too hot. Felt like a vat of lava. Front desk and maintenance staff was very friendly.
Nice place! Nice staff! Well located near the Mall! Right beside the highway but the rooms are quiet!
2 false fire alarms happened on 12-31-17 & 1-1-18, interrupt guess sleeping, kids were awakened. No any sorry or compensation.
