Buyer beware!
One of the best big box stores for home improvement in the area. Very knowledgeable staff, great selections.
Was notified that my order was in, 4 days early from promise date. Went and claimed it they loaded it on the truck and away we went. Total about a half hour from start to finish.
Lowes has a thirty day policy on returns on microwaves. I assumed that any warrantee would come from them. Instead, this store said I would have to call the manufacturer myself. Why?
I always have a good shopping experience here, its not like it's immediate competitor which seems more about stuffing the aisles with promotional buys and being bombarded by 3rd party contracting solar companies. I don't get that at Lowes, I get a good experience that makes me want to walk around and expand some of my home improvement projects because the store shopping is inviting and comfortable. Good store, Tim always tries to help anyone customer no matter the dollar amount.
I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowes. I am very disappointed that they won't take responsibility for the items they sell.
