I had an emergency, so I called Aspen because they are one of the only dentists around who accept my insurance. The woman who booked my appointment was very professional and go let me in right away. I went to my appointment and the woman who was at the desk was very professional and courteous as well. I am new to my insurance, and she helped me with pricing. The dental assistant was awesome. I wish I remembered her name. She has long black curly hair. She came in and talked to me as well as checked on me to make sure I was okay. The two other assistants were awesome and polite as well as honest with my dental procedure. And lastly, the dentist was very very good. I did not feel a thing. Thank you Aspen for taking care of me!

Aspen wanted me to fill out loan paperwork - this place is scum

I had to get a root canal, and it was a horrible experience. It took 3 visits, The first visit i was provided Novocaine, but because of over-scheduling patients, and the dentist working on me as well as other patients. They ran out of time and told me to come back again. She gave me Novocaine and then walked away and tended to other patients, i sat in the chair for almost an hour, I kept looking back at her (the dentist) and trying to see if she was going to come back to me, when she finally did, she acted irritated as if it was my fault that I kept looking at her to come back to me, by then the Novocaine had worn off and when she started drilling my tooth, I could feel it. She gave me more Novocaine and then a few minutes later began drilling. Then she told me they had to close and I would have to come back.

Because my Insurance change, and my tooth routine clinic is up, so I found the Dental clinic near me in Danbury is in my Insurance plain. I went in ask for tooth routine clinic, after the examination the Dentist told me I have a tooth need to do the filling. He didn’t show me which tooth need to fill, anyway I think I should trust him , then with out the questioning him I payed it , the next couple day I went back for filling. After the Dentist numb my tooth, I asked him can you explain what do you going to do to me please, and that tooth I had it done couple years go, why need to refilling again? He said that tooth is leak. I am thinking : I already payed for it, if I said no they won’t return my money, let’s just trust him, in the middle of the procedure he’s Assistant said to him: be gentle . After the procedure is done, the Dentist told me: your refilling is close to the root, you will feel the pain in couple days, if the pain won’t go away you need to come back for root canal . After I left the Dental office I am in pain and the second week my face is swelling, but I will never go back to see him again.

Appointments they are continually moving. Dr. is late or assistant.

They put in the tooth, and it was too big in height and not very wide, so two years later, today, it hurts and my jaw is sore almost everyday. Food is constantly getting stuck in the gaps between the teeth, far more so than with any of my other teeth. The dentists were unprofessional and the visits were not scheduled properly. For an operation that cost almost $2,000 out of pocket that I could barely afford, I had a terrible experience and I am thoroughly dissatisfied, with a constant reminder of the carelessness and callous attitudes of the dentists at this office. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will go out of my way to tell this story.

Outstanding staff. The dental hygienist actually rearranged her daycare pickup so that she could initiate and complete my procedure. I have a genuine phobia about visits to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised. However, I continue to fear novacaine!!

So this third time I had to get several needles of Novocaine and drilling.

Update: They told me I needed $20,000 work of work - went to a second - non-corporate dentist - I had 2 minor cavities - everything else looked great.

Some of the services offered are reasonable and good. Other portions are terrible.

Failing to give credit back to insurance company on service not completed or attempted. Last time I check with criminal statutes that is considered fraud.

I should have complained at the time I got the operation, but I was younger, and was busy working 2 jobs with an infant daughter. - 2015

The second appointment, they gave me Novocaine, waited, began drilling removing the tooth/nerves, then ran out of "time" again and gave me a temporary tooth, and told me to come back.
