Our waiter was friendly, prompt and attentive. The coconut shrimp was perfect for my entree and the small ribs & baked potato were also of good size and very tender according to my friend. Yes, we'd go back again when in the neighborhood.
Arrived just before 6p, seating was a little delayed as two couples were ahead of us even thou the restaurant wasn't busy.
The food is good and is adequate portions. It can be a little hard to notice while driving by, but the interior is very nice and spacious. It's a nice place to go with the family on a budget.
Usually not big on the chain restaurants, but this place is always great... good staff and good food
Order takeout for specific time, I showed up on and waited nobody showed. 7min to be exact. I went inside resturant at take away door, nobody there. Looked inside resturant, and virtually empty. This was at 2:45 pm. I called, whomever I spoke to said she would take care of it. I went back to my car and waited another couple of minutes, nobody showed. So I left. Not happy at all!!!
We ate here mostly out of convenience our hotel shared a parking lot with them and we got a 10% discount. They brought the food to the hotel lobby which was great. When we got back to the room we found that we had no plastic utensils. I called to ask them about it and the staff member on the phone just said oh yeah we ran out but you can ask the front desk. Really?! Would it have been that hard to tell us 5 minutes ago when we met you at the front desk. I instantly regretted giving him a tip. The food was decent but nothing overly special. I won't eat here again and probably won't voluntarily eat at any Outback again. Not worth the money even if it was convenient.
